This is a wonderful smoothie that gets my daughter to drink her milk (not a fan) and I love it too. It is very easy and quick.

Blender
2 ripe bananas (break up a bit for easier blending)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
2 tbs honey
1 cup ice
blend on high speed for about 1 minute, pur into glasses and enjoy.
Other smoothies
We make a lot of smoothies too with whatever frozen fruit I can find (mango and pineapple are favorites as are strawberries). I also freeze bananas so I can use them later - my kids won't eat them once there is a brown spot on them. Since I use frozen fruit, I don't use ice. And sometimes I add peanut butter.
