Sid The Science Kid-new show my daughter loves

We just found a great new show on PBS called Sid The Science Kid. It's smart with some very catchy songs in it. Sid is a want to know it all preschooler with very hip parents (like me!). He goes to school each day wondering about a new thing (science related). His parents, friends and teacher help him find answers to his questions. My daughter is about to turn 3 and she likes it very much. She sings along to the opening theme song and the song that introduces Sid's friends each show. It's very well done and worth a viewing.

Science Journal

Now that we are about 4 episodes into Sid the Science Kid we are learning the routine of the show. I love the Science Journal the kids keep. There is a lot of compare and contrast and drawing what you see and feel. My daughter loves it and we even use the web site. Since my husband is a science guy he uses the web site with her.....nice work PBS!
