Giveaway almost over-log in to win now!
The author has been a cooking instructor at New York's finest culinary schools and also serves on the Children's Advisory Council of Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York Presbyterian where her recipes are served to patients. My friend and I have been using the book for a few weeks now and have make recipes from most sections. I had great luck with the Retro Tuna Casserole and my friend with the Sweet n' Sassy Meatballs. The Low Sugar Chocolate Chip cookies were very good and hard to believe there where white beans in them. My daughter loved them and so did my husband. I am eager to try a few more recipes. This is a great book for those who have trouble getting their kids to eat vegetables & fruits. The author seems to understand that parents don't stand around the kitchen all day and offers practical solutions to save time. How to enter: Every time you login to High Maintenance Mom you will be entered in the giveaway. To win, you must have filled in the address section of your account. If you do not have an account, you can enter by sending feedback through the site feedback form with your name, address, and contact phone number (for shipping purposes). Giveaway runs through June 20, 2009. A big thank you to Running Press for our Healthy Eating Giveaway!
